We always recommend reaching out to your priest or director of religious education to encourage a collaborative approach.
Consider both your schedule and the parish calendar. Usually the week or two prior to the beginning of a new liturgical season is a good promotion point.
There are several ways you can get the word out, the best of course being in-person in a one-on-one conversation.
After that, we recommend announcements from the pulpit by the priest or study group leader, sharing flyers or posters in the church narthex, and of course, via social media! The church website, church ministry Facebook groups or Instagram pages are great ways to share as well.
