Blessed is she
At He Is Goodness, we believe deeply in community over competition. We know that when women of faith support one another in their God-given callings, the Church flourishes. That is why today, we are taking a moment to recognize and celebrate a women’s ministry that’s doing truly beautiful work: Blessed Is She.
We like to highlight free resources- and we will below! But today, we want to start by shining a light on their yearly Catholic planner—a product so thoughtfully and beautifully made that we couldn’t not share about it.
The Catholic Planner Everyone is Talking About
The Blessed Is She Planner is not just a calendar—it is a spiritual companion for the year. With multiple formats (including liturgical year, calendar year, and academic year), there is a version for every woman and every season of life. Women in our Bible study groups consistently name it as the go-to planner—and for good reason!
Here is what makes it so special:
Saint feast days built right into your daily view
Mass readings and reflections included throughout
Weekly planning + spiritual journaling space side-by-side
Beautiful design that blends function and faith seamlessly
Whether you are a mom managing a household, a student juggling exams and prayer time, or simply someone who longs to bring order and intention to your days, this planner is a Catholic classic for a reason.
Retreats, sisterhood & Encouragement
In addition to their planner, Blessed Is She offers:
Retreats (both in-person and virtual) for deep, soul-refreshing encounter
A subscription-based community for women with regular spiritual content
Consistently uplifting and honest social media that encourages women to live fully in Christ—no filters needed
They walk with women at every stage of faith—whether you are freshly discerning or decades deep into your vocation.
A Personal Connection
Our co-founder, Kathryn, often jokes that her only regret is that Blessed Is She did not exist back when she was a student at Arizona State University in Tempe. Although Kathryn was not Catholic during her college years, as God would have it, her closest friends were.
Their faithful witness planted seeds that later bloomed into her full conversion —one that eventually drew her husband and children into the Church as well. It is a beautiful testimony to what women’s community, friendship, and quiet evangelization can do. We know ministries like Blessed Is She and He Is Goodness are nurturing that same witness in women across the world every single day, and we thank God for that witness!
Freebies That Align with Our Mission
As always, we love to highlight free Catholic resources, and Blessed Is She offers some great ones too, including:
How-to guides for a variety to topics
Podcast & Youtube videos!
Host or participant plans for their signature Blessed Brunches
Free email devotionals
These thoughtful tools help draw us into deeper prayer and connection with Christ—something we are always grateful to see offered freely to the Body of Christ.
From One Ministry to Another
At He Is Goodness, we like to spread God’s love and celebrate what He is doing through other ministries, especially if they can help our community grow in Christ! We are especially thankful for the way Blessed Is She has encouraged so many women—including members of our own study groups.
We pray for their continued fruitfulness, creativity, and strength in proclaiming the Gospel through beauty and sisterhood. May their ministry flourish in the years to come!
And to our own community of women: if you have not yet explored what Blessed Is She offers, we wholeheartedly recommend checking them out.
